Mike Gleeson

Founder

Mike grew up in an entrepreneurial household, watching his father build one of Australia’s top diagnostics firms—a journey that brought the family to the U.S. He helped scale GuardianEdge (acquired by Symantec) and drove commercial growth at GenMark Diagnostics, growing revenue from under $1M to $180M+, and supporting its IPO and eventual acquisition by Roche. In 2021, he launched FOVI to back early-stage ventures with capital and deep operating insight. He now serves as CEO of portfolio company counterTEN.
